Actual Result:	No prompt to throw down a Flash Grenade even when ability is off cooldown.
Expected Result:	Being able to use the Flash Grenade ability in 2v8 game mode as Survivor.

Steps to Reproduce

Try Play While Your Wait on the 2v8 Killer queue and select Torchbearer while playing on an Xbox One.
Preform any action before the Flash Grenade ability is off the initial cooldown.
Should be able to recreate it by trying this. (First time doing this so I'm really sorry if this doesn't help.)

Explanation

On the Torchbearer class, I am unable to use my Flash Grenade ability for a whole match, I don't have the prompt. This happened on Xbox One and I see it most often while playing Play While You Wait while waiting in 2v8 Killer queue. I think it comes from me preforming any action before my ability is ready. Like repairing generators and opening chests for example.
