Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a haste perk like Furtive Chase
2. Set down a trap
3. The haste you will get will be lowered to 13.75% instead of 17.5%

Explanation

Diminishing Returns affect haste from killer powers. I will use Trapper for an example! But other killers affected would be Clown.
