Explanation
Inconsistent rift pass quest completion.
Despite completing 20 quests (4 weeks of 5) the tracker for these only shows a total of 16 being completed. All 20 are greyed out so registered as complete, and none of the individual quests are blocked. It's just the rift pass completion quests that are blocked.
