Inner Strength Token Generation Bug with Broken Status Effect

Expected Result:	I expected inner strength to count the totem and once broken status ended, I could hop in the locker and heal.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I understand inner strength can't heal you while broken, but nothing about the perk description says totems cleansed while broken dont count towards the perks requirements. I should be able to cleanse a totem while broken, and still have it count towards inner strength, so I can heal once broken status ends.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have the broken status effect
2. Break a totem
3. Wait till broken status ends
4. Inner strength still darkened.

Explanation

When you have the broken status effect and cleanse a totem, you don't generate an inner strength token. Once the broken status ends, inner strength won't be lit up, it doesn't count the totem you broke while broken.
