Actual Result:	Iridescent video tape add-on did literally nothing.
Expected Result:	Iridescent video tape Add-on would put my reverse bear traps on the heads of the survivors at the start of the trial

Additional Notes & Comments:	This ruined a game I was in because my whole build was built around this add-on, and so I lost all my totems and nearly two gens very quickly because I had no means of pressuring survivors anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Bring Iridescent Video Tape Add-On
2. Enter the Trial
3. It doesn't do anything
4. Congratulations, you just wasted an add-on slot

Explanation

Pig's Iridescent Video Tape Add-On doesn't put the reverse bear traps on the survivor's heads at the start of the trial, meaning it now does nothing.

You instead just have 4 reverse bear traps and a useless add-on that doesn't do anything.
