Steps to Reproduce

1. Send snug out on a chase command.
2. Make sure have him vault a window or vault. Pallet sometimes
3. In most cases he will not perform the action, this usually happens when using the command at an angle but NO always.

Explanation

Houndmaster - Sometimes her dog doesn't vault when asked to. Many occasion's I will send snug out for a command to make a vault action on the chase command but he will not vault it OR if he does vault it he disappears. This bug was once fixed recently and it appears that it has made a return again.
