Steps to Reproduce
- Select the item in the addon slots
- Select the 'Crate of Gears' alongside the item
Explanation
Sometimes when using the "Video Tape" add-on (basically the the strongest one for that killer) for the Pig, it just doesn't work and survivors spawn without a headtrap.
