Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Sable
2. Equip only sable perks
3. Map withering Isle, basement in main
4. Knight as killer
5. After injure, go to basement
6. Strength will activate
7. Use perk to attempt to heal
8. Heal bar will show 100% progress but not actually heal

Explanation

Strength in the shadows bug bow healing. I was playing a match trying to get the Adept Sable. The map was on withering Isle, the perks equipped were wicked, invocation, weaving spiders, and strength in the shadows. The killer was the knight. The basement was inside of the main building in the house. When I went to go into the basement and attempt to heal myself I was unable to. I tried multiple times and all that happened was the healing animation but the bar showing progress was all the way full and was red, but I was not actually showing any healing progress.
