Steps to Reproduce
- Click Custom game.
- Add a survivor and killer.
- Load into match on any map.
- Down the survivor.
- As the survivor is about to be downed, execute an emote.
- Observe survivor completely skipping/ignoring the down animation and having free movement.
Explanation
Survivors can use emotes as an exploit from how the game is coded to cancel the stun animation from getting downed, this is used particularly often to tea bag at exit gates without being punished and to ensure crawling under pallets when they are otherwise out of position. Clearly unintended since this completely invalidates the existence of downing animations altogether.
