Steps to Reproduce

Believe play on the same map, or any map of choice.
White Glyth has to be near.
When finished obtaining it, press crouch.
Disclaimer: Not sure if it will work if you crouch or not.
I crouched then took 1 step and fell through the map and teleported outside.

Explanation

I was on a map that I don't know the name of but I believe it's semi new. I was hooked by Jason on my second hook stage. I got unhooked and then directly healed under the hook. I saw a White Glyth and went to obtain it. Whilst I finished obtaining it, I crouched and teleported through the map and outside of the map. Whilst I was outside, I could escape as well.
