Steps to Reproduce

Load into a match as survivor
Work on a generator
You will sometimes not see a skill check
Generator will sometimes explode as though you missed a skill check even though there was not a visible skill check

Explanation

When working on a generator my duo and I were having generators explode as though we missed a skill check even though there was no visible skill check.
