Steps to Reproduce

run up the sand bags from the side
you can run up there
fall between sandbags and fence
get stuck

Explanation

Stuck on ormond lake mine on top of sand bags, when running up from the side. One can run up there and look over the fence, but also get stuck between fence and bags. You can still be hit up there.
