Additional Notes & Comments:	This bug happen on every match playing as Chucky on PS4. I confirmed this after playing multiple public matches as him today.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search for a public match as Chucky
2. Start the match
3. Result: you get stuck on this Third-Person view until doing a Scamper or picking up a survivor

Explanation

Chucky's POV is stuck on a farther away Third-Person View until I do a Scamper or I pick up a survivor.

This bug hinder your view on chases a lot.

I already played a lot of public matches as Chucky since this Jason release update and this bug happen on EVERY match as Chucky on PlayStation 4.

I always fix the bug by doing a Scamper or picking up a Survivor.
