got in the game
claimed the free stuff
got a network error
rejoined
free stuff gone but messages claimed

Explanation

when the event just started i claimed the free 100 event points and the login gift of 50k bp and 200 iridescient, but than a bug happened and i got out of the game, now i don t have the 100 event points or the 50k bp neither the 200 iridescient points, i did NOT spend the event points as u can ssee in the screenshots
