Steps to Reproduce

1. Invocate in the basement
2. Check each generator for progress

Explanation

I used the perk Invocation: Weaving Spiders, but it did not give generator progress to all of the gens. It gave progress on some not all, while broken status still applied. The perk states all generators will be given 10 permanent charges. I think its random which ones are effected.
