Steps to Reproduce

It happens randomly.
I verified my files, ensured that my PC resources aren't completely being utilized.

Explanation

Randomly when I am playing in a game my game will freeze. I can still hear audio of the game but when this happens I leave the game and the only way for me to exit is by ending the task via Task Manager. This is giving leave penalties that stops me from playing the game :'( Is it possible to delete the leave penalty?
