Bubba's Chainsaw Fails After Pallet Stun

After being stunned by a dropped pallet while playing The Cannibal, the chainsaw power HUD disappeared and the chainsaw became completely unusable for the remainder of the match. Holding LT did nothing, while basic attacks continued to work normally.

“After recovering from the pallet stun, The Cannibal’s chainsaw power HUD should remain visible and the chainsaw should continue to charge and activate normally when holding LT.

On the build I was using, I had add-ons “Begrimed Chains” and “Chili” equipped. This may be irrelevant, but the glitch may only occur with one of these equipped

Explanation
During a match while I was playing as Bubba (The Cannibal), I was in a chase and then had a pallet dropped on me while I was revving my saw. Once the pallet stun animation ended, I was unable to use the chainsaw for the duration of the match. All of my hud disappeared and even when holding LT, my ability activation button, it continued to not work, hindering me and leaving me as an M1 killer the whole match.
