Actual Result:	Game Softlocks or permanently freezes and requires a full restart. Bloodweb Progression permanently halted on said character

Additional Notes & Comments:	Everytime I open the bloodweb the P100 Character Badge Unlock notification pops-up before loading the buggy bloodweb. I only purchased a single item so far on my original P100 Bloodweb. Since the issue started I played a full match and afterwards the bloodweb was still bugged.

Steps to Reproduce

Getting character to P100
Somehow the bloodweb resets
Purchase all avaible items
Swap tab to any other
Game restarts because of bloodweb error
After restarting no character models load anymore and the game softlocks and requires a full restart

Explanation

I got the Survivor Taurie Cain to P100 today and now hours later suddenly my bloodweb reset and now there are only three nodes all connected to the center accessible and a distant node with the rest of the bloodweb being occupied by empty circles.
I already bought the Event offering but getting the other 2 anvailable items and then switching tab results in a Bloodweb error message followed by being kicked back to the loading screen. After the restart no character models load and the game softlocks forcing me to restart the game. The Auto Bloodweb Spending Button doesn’t work and the bulk spend button will freeze the game immediately forcing me to restart the game.
