Steps to Reproduce

N/A. I received a promo email with a code. Code doesn't function.
Attempt to redeem code repeatedly, doesn't work; wait a bit, try again. Same effect.
Seems to be the same kind of bug from the recent anniversary banner email debacle.

Bloodpoint code from promo email (specifically, "10 Trials with Shane completed. 250K Bloodpoints ready to claim!🏆") is unredeemable in-game, claims either 'code has already been claimed' or 'cannot redeem due to server error.'
