Additional Notes & Comments:	I am unable to upload a log as for whatever reason my logs folder is NOT updating even after closing the game, restarting pc etc. The last time it was updated was 1am today (14 hours ago)

Steps to Reproduce

Play the Twins
Have it be endgame
Exit gate is unlocked
Launch and successfully attach Victor to a survivor
Survivor is able to leave

Explanation

While playing the Twins a key part of their power is no longer working. In their description it says that when Victor is on a player they are unable to leave through the exit gate. However, upon having Victor on a player they are able to leave through the exit gate. This is clearly not as the game has intended because it is clearly listed in the description of their power.
