Totem Appears Blocked Despite Being Cleanseable

Steps to Reproduce

Be put on hook
Find your hex totem for the perk "Hex: Fortunes fool"
See your hex be blocked
Walk up to said hex to wait to be able to cleanse it
Realize you can cleanse it despite it being "blocked."
Cleanse said hex

Explanation

This totem appears blocked to me specifically while i am able to fully cleanse it. The hex was "Hex: Fortunes Fool" and there was no other perk in use that blocks totems.
