Use Evil Incarnate
Hit survivor using Potential Energy with M2
could be a map specific thing maybe?

Explanation

I hit a survivor using Potential Energy with Myers Evil Incarnate M2, and even though the survivor couldn't move, they were stuck on the generator and was forced(?) to continue repairing the generator even though they were downed, i couldnt interact with the survivor at all, picking up not doing anything, nothing hitting them as if they were downed and later in the game i couldnt Mori them either as the bar wouldnt move and would freeze me in place for a few seconds.
