Steps to Reproduce
- Purchased the 4025 Auric Cells pack on Xbox through the in-game store.
- Payment was successfully charged.
- Did not receive the Auric Cells.
- The game displayed the error: 'Unlock validation failed. Product Code: cellsPack4.'
- Issue has not resolved after restarting the game multiple times over a week.
- Current Auric Cell balance is still 45 (excluding temporary event Auric Cells).
- Contacted Behaviour Support but have not received a solution yet.

Xbox Series: Purchased 4025 Auric Cells through the in-game store but they were never delivered (cellsPack4)
