Please fix this. It would help a lot to get that annoying t bagger in the gate. Stop delaying the fix also. Its been multiple patches already.

Steps to Reproduce
- When a survivor is in the gate, bind them with the chains
- Hit them with your weapon
- If you down them, the exit gate is not blocked
- Pinhead even says the line: "You shall not escape me"
- And they can escape anyways
Explanation
Pinhead's chains are not blocking survivors for five seconds at the exit gates as intended. He even says the line: "You shall not escape me!".
