Open quests
Quests can be pinned
Two quests can be pinned and unpinned but will remain

Explanation

The notification icon ''!'' won't go away. Even after pinning and unpinning quests. There are no quests pinned, however it does show two quests are pinned.
It starts with two (milestone) quests: 1) escape ... trials, 2) heal a total of ... health state(s). If both are pinned, it wil also add the ''complete ... trials'' quest.
Obviously there is also no now quests that are clickable.
