Explanation

Launch Error on Steam is back (EAC update):
This was an issue during june which was due to an EAC update. It looks to be the same issue once again. My drivers are up to date. A lot of players are having the same issue as well. Even when renaming that file, another will come up, each are legit files that go with my graphics card or other devices.
