FPS Drop Below 30 on Trickster's Delusion Map

Steps to Reproduce

Playing on Trickster's Delusion map (for the killer or the survivor)
Over time, the fps will drop and will fluctuate around 20-30.

Explanation

When playing on the Trickster's Delusion map, the FPS at some point drops below 30. This issue affects both Survivors and Killers (I haven't tested it as a Survivor, but it was also mentioned in the post-game chat).
I played five local games as a Killer, and this issue occurred in all of them. Unfortunately, I couldn't pinpoint the exact trigger for this bug. The only common thread is active chase. Judging by the screenshots I took, the bug occurred in roughly the same locations, but I couldn't recreate it manually.

I've attached screenshots of the FPS drop, as well as a video showing the moment the drop began (unfortunately, the rest of the recording is unwatchable; due to the low FPS, the video turned into a slideshow) + a couple of short FPS drops.
