Explanation
"Strange sightings achievment is bugged"
Im using scene partner, bound by obsession and alert for aura.
Mine past game was 24 mins long, I used only 1 perk 48 times.. And I need only 11 for achievment, and other perks for sure, I sent 1st ticket almost 1 month ago and nothing changed.
