Explanation
My game is bugged; I’m experiencing disconnects mid-match, and then I get hit with a matchmaking ban. It’s not my Wi-Fi, as my connection is stable, so the issue must be with the server. There’s another bug when I try to change my skin: my cosmetics don't show up—it just says "no cosmetics available."
