Explanation
Twins bug. The killer was holding the middle map position next to small boxes and rocks. On her 3rd or 4th release of Victor, Victor completely stuck her. We tried unbugging killer by kicking Victor, but the animation of the kick was also stuck in a lifted leg part. Video is enough to show it. I've recorded video end game and tried once again to unstuck the killer without any luck.
