Issue is you are not able to vault into the main building using this window (basically from outside to inside but you can vault form the opposite direction from inside to outside)

Steps to Reproduce
- Walk or Run up to the outside Window in Main Building in Map Father's Campbell's Chapel closes to the stairs outside
- Try to interact to slow vault, medium vault or fast vault over the Window but there will be no interaction prompt
