Steps to Reproduce
- The characters were previously available on the account.
- The characters became locked unexpectedly.
Explanation
I’m having an issue with three characters that I previously had unlocked on my PlayStation 5 account: Eleven, Dustin, and Rick.
I know that I had Eleven unlocked and leveled her to approximately level 20 before she later became locked again.
I also previously had Dustin and Rick unlocked. I specifically remember purchasing them, and friends that I regularly played Dead by Daylight with also remember me owning and playing with these characters. However, all three characters are now showing as locked and the game is asking me to purchase them again.
This originally happened while I was playing on PS5, before any possible issue involving playing on Steam, so I do not believe this was caused by switching platforms or cross-progression.
Platform where the issue occurred: PlayStation 5
Missing characters: Eleven, Dustin, and Rick
Known progress: Eleven was approximately Level 20
Issue: Characters that were previously unlocked are now locked again
Could you please check my account’s purchase/ownership history and determine why I lost access to these characters? If possible, I would appreciate having the characters restored to my account.
