Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch game
2. Allow the game to continue to run for 8-9 minutes.
3. System will hard lock (freeze) every time.

Explanation

Beginning on 8/19, my PC will freeze when playing Dead by Daylight after 8-9 minutes or so. This happens consistently with every log in and it does not matter if playing a game or not. (Can be in menus, just hanging out on the initial screen, etc. But, the timing is always consistent.)

By "freeze", I mean full system hard lock. No cursor recovery, no ability to CTRL-ALT-DEL, and pressing the num lock key does not register. The only way to recover is by powering down the laptop physically. Upon system restart, Windows event log shows nothing erroring out prior to the hard lock.

It is not graphics card-related. Drivers have been both upgraded and downgraded.(Nvidia RTX 4070 laptop GPU, 8GB). Stress test shows clean and again.

Troubleshooting steps taken by user includes: verifying DbD installation, re-installing DbD, Re-installing OS, reverting to windows 24H2, full hardware deep testing (all HW checked clean). I believe this is a duplicate of Issue #6281.
