Subject: Matchmaking Issue - Stuck on "Looking for Match" continuously
Hello Dead by Daylight Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent issue with matchmaking that prevents me from entering any game. Whenever I press 'X' to start, the game gets stuck on the "Looking for Match" screen indefinitely. I have waited for hours without finding any players.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I have already tried, but none of them worked:
- Reinstalled the game completely.
- Restarted my console/device multiple times.
- Made sure that Cross-play is turned ON in the settings.
- Verified that my internet connection is completely stable and working perfectly.
- Tried playing at different times of the day (morning, night, dawn) and tried changing all characters (Survivors and Killers), but the result is always the same. Could you please look into my account or the servers to see what is causing this issue? Thank you, and I look forward to your help.
