Explanation
I was playing as a Survivor and was simply running during the match when the game suddenly crashed. I was not doing anything unusual, and there is no specific sequence of actions that I can follow to reproduce the crash.
The crash does not seem to follow any particular pattern. It happens randomly during matches, which makes it impossible for me to provide a video showing how to reproduce it.
This issue is particularly frustrating because the game applies a matchmaking penalty after the crash, even though the disconnect is not intentional. In this case, I received a 30-minute matchmaking penalty.
