mirror did nothing, kneel stopped moving immediately upon cast

mirror should bounce at lest once even twice, kneel should only slow movement to 100 percent slowdown when it hits a tall wall.

Explanation
i have a bug with two of the judgments addons, her red mirror addon doesn't work at all when i equipped it, it simply acted normal and never reflected off of anything not even once. I was on the plagues map. the kneel addon also just stops moving upon cast no when it hits a wall.
