I couldn't mori the last survivor despite having more hooks than my teammate and having downed the survivor myself.

Any of the Killers should be able to mori the last survivor despite who has more hooks, blood points, downed it, etc...

I find it unfair that I waited 40 mins in queue to play as Dracula and I can't get to do the cool mori he has, even my teammate (Hillbilly) wanted me to the mori because he knows Dracula's is cooler bruh. Also this bug has been on the game for over a year I believe, like hello???

Steps to Reproduce
- Join a 2vs8 match as killer.
- Down the last survivor
- Click M1 when they are downed.
- Can't do it.
Explanation
Only of the Killers is able to perform the mori on the last survivor in 2vs8. For me, It's one out of 4 games in average that I get to do the mori.
