Actual Result:	The game keeps freezing and kicking me out for no reason.
Expected Result:	I’m frustrated with these crashes and request compensation for the penalties they caused. I can’t even play matches because of this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Game freezes after 5 minutes, kicks me out, and gives me a Disconnection Penalty.

Explanation

I play normally for about five minutes, then the game freezes and kicks me out of the match. After that, a message appears on the screen. This happens repeatedly, and I then receive a Disconnection Penalty even though I did not intentionally leave the match. Please help me fix this issue.
