Steps to Reproduce
- Click "launch" from Steam Library
- Game says "waiting for game"
- Initial game loading page loads, "connecting to servers" displayed
- Game pushes error: "no network connection"

Recurring "no network connection" error when attempting to launch the game either via desktop shortcut or Steam store.
