Steps to Reproduce

1. Queue as a duo of killers in 2v8
2. Use the Play While you Wait feature to play in a survivor game
3. When in that survivor game, the second in the duo (the one who accepted the invite initially) will not be able to ready up.

Explanation

PWYW not allowing the second "killer" to ready up when playing survivor.
Hitting the button plays the audio of 'readying' but does not actually ready the survivor.
This is more annoying than anything, as the lobby's 1 minute timer will eventually expire and the match will play as normal.
