Issue Type: In-Game Bug / Interaction FailureBug DescriptionI have encountered a recurring bug multiple times where I am completely unable to heal injured survivors. When I approach an injured teammate, the prompt to start healing does not show up at all, and pressing the interaction key does nothing.Reproduction Context & Observed DetailsNo Player-Canceled Interactions: The injured survivor was not holding down the run/sprint key (which normally cancels healing). She specifically asked me to heal her, came up to me, and stayed motionless in a crouching position directly in front of me so I could heal her.Flat & Even Ground: We were both standing on completely flat, even ground. There was no difference in elevation, stairs, or uneven terrain that could have broken the interaction prompt.No Broken Status: The teammate was not affected by the "Broken" status effect, nor was there any icon indicating she could not be healed.Confirmed by Teammate: In the post-game chat, my teammate asked me why I didn't heal her, confirming on her end as well that she was waiting for the heal and not actively canceling it.Expected BehaviorStanding next to an injured survivor on flat ground should trigger the healing interaction prompt, allowing me to start healing them.Actual BehaviorI stood right next to the crouching survivor, but nothing happened. The prompt to start healing didn't even show up on my screen, making it impossible to initiate the heal.
