Match Stuck in 3rd Person Perspective After Slow Load

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into the match
2. Hope that your device loads slow enough
3. Confuse the game
4. Get stuck in 3rd person

Explanation

I load into the match as The Shape with the perks Hex: Devour Hope tier 1, None Are Free tier 1, No Way Out tier 3, Hex: Undying tier 3, my add-ons were Lock Of Hair and Vanity Mirror, My cosmetics were Boogeyman Mask, Boogeyman's Robes and First Cut, I was prestige 3 level 37 on the match of Yamaoka Estate on Sanctum Of Wrath, The survivors were Ada Wong, Carlos Olivera, David King and Lara Croft. I loaded into the match and because my ps4 is slow I loaded in a little late and the survivors were able to move before I could which made my game hurry up, after the panning ended in a quicker fashion then normal I saw that is was stuck in the 3rd person perspective for the entire match and nothing would let me get out of it, I was able to see over small obstacles like rocks and over walls which caused me to win because I didn't have to show my terror radius because I don't have to look in the direction the survivor was as I could see over rocks, the bug is almost the same as chucky or The Good Guy except kicking gens or pallets didn't make my camera face down nor did picking up a survivor reset the camera. I don't know how it happened or how to recreate it but below I described exactly what the match was like and what I had on in detail what I'm sure is that my internet connection or my PlayStation was too slow to load the game casuin the other survivors moving early to make it confused and rushed the loading without letting the camera load perfectly which caused it to malfunction.
