Steps to Reproduce

1. TP to first TV and a few survivors may get the white condemn icon.
2. Continue to TP and survivors who already have condemn, do not flash
3. If a survivor cleanses their condemn and gain a new stack, their icon does not flash

Explanation

Onryo condemn past the first stack on survivors does not show their portraits/icons flashing indicating they got a new stack of condemn.
