Steps to Reproduce
- Run Dead by Daylight on my friend’s PC
Explanation
Hello, there’s a problem with my friend’s computer — she can’t launch the game. When she tries to launch it, this error keeps popping up, and the guides on the internet don’t work. She used to play a long time ago, but after trying to log in for the longest time, she can’t get in at all because of this error — «EAC cannot be instantiated».
I’m asking for your help, because the AI assistant and the request to technical support aren’t helping, so I’m hoping for your help, at least in this way… I don’t know how to get through to Easy Anti‑Cheat support.
By the way, she’s from Russia and plays via Steam on an Acer laptop.
