Reported for:	10.2.2
Actual Result:	No addons in bloodweb
Expected Result:	At least a chance of spawning addons in the event nodes, if not a guaranteed node for them
Severity:	Major
Reproducibility:	Always
Platform:	Steam
Additional Notes & Comments:	Not set

Steps to Reproduce

Choose a p100 character
Notice no event addons in any level
Use the bulk bp spender
Lose a lot of bp for very little addons

Explanation

P100 survivor bloodwebs cannot spawn the halloween event addons. If you want to earn the event addons you just have to get lucky with the event boxes. Out of 50 levels which is roughly 2 million bp, I only got 8 flashlight addons and 8 medkit addons.
