Steps to Reproduce

1. Run into someone playing Dracula with the True Form skin
2. Wait for them to transform into Wolf Form
3. Their face now appears scrambled and out of place

Explanation

When someone is playing Dracula while wearing the True Form skin when they transform into Wolf Form their face is all scrambled and out of place. Bat Form has a similar issue but to a lesser extent as it just affects one of the ears. This happens every time they transform to them and started happening with patch 10.2.1
