Steps to Reproduce
- Attempt to use either Chase's Redirect command or Search command over a survivor
- no Killer Instinct
Explanation
In the latest PTB (the stranger things 2 one) Houndmaster's not getting any killer instinct [heartbeat] at all. That is, either with the redirect Chase Command or with highlighting survivors with Houndsense.
