Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a match in Midwich or Lery's
2. Take a look at the pallet spots
3. Try again if the pallets show up

Explanation

Some indoor maps seem to have been affected by the pallet density changes, mostly Midwich and Lery's from what I've seen. Certain pallets were supposed to be guaranteed to spawn but they're missing.
Here are some examples:
