Steps to Reproduce

Select Dredge or First
Equip the Fear of Reminiscence skin for Dredge, or the Scion of the Upside Down skin for First
Note how the character name has changed even though it shouldn't

Explanation

Some cosmetics for Killer change the character's name when they shouldn't. This is typically reserved only for Legendary cosmetics, but equipping some Very Rare or Ascended cosmetics on select characters, like Dredge and First, also change the entire character's name. This issue already existed before the launch of patch 9.4.0, but has seemingly extended into the current patch, with First now having the same going on as well.
