My game has been broken for a month now, with the amount of money I've put into this game I would really like to be able to play.

Explanation
Game constantly freezing into place. Everyone keeps playing as normal but they are either running stuck in a place on my end, or stuck on a generator. If it happens while I'm doing a gen I'm stuck on the gen, or stuck unhooking someone, literally just freezing me into place. This has been happening since the end of December with no fix, I've also reached out to DBD support with no fix either. I've read on here about other people also having this issue. This is causing me to force quit my games and get bans, really hoping for a solution here. I also have a really beefy pc, so I know for a fact it isnt on my end.
